Pilocar 2% Eye Drop contains Pilocarpine 2%, a cholinergic (miotic) medication used to reduce increased intraocular pressure in patients with glaucoma and ocular hypertension. It works by stimulating the muscles within the eye, improving the drainage of aqueous humor (eye fluid), thereby lowering eye pressure and helping protect the optic nerve from damage. Wash your hands before application. Instill the prescribed number of drops into the affected eye(s). Avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface. If using other eye medications, wait at least 5–10 minutes between applications. Remove contact lenses before use unless advised otherwise by your doctor.
