Trelegy Ellipta 100/62.5/25 mcg is a once-daily prescription inhalation powder used as a long-term maintenance treatment for adults with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and, in some countries, for certain adults with asthma. It combines three medicines in one easy-to-use inhaler: Fluticasone Furoate 100 mcg – an inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) that helps reduce airway inflammation. Umeclidinium 62.5 mcg – a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA) that relaxes airway muscles. Use only as directed by your healthcare provider. Rinse your mouth with water after each dose and spit it out to reduce the risk of oral fungal infection (thrush).
